cam no torque converter

Default cam no torque converter

If i put say a bigger cam ms3 with headers in my stock stahled auto corvette. Will it atleast run or will it stahl out and not function as it should being a daily driver? Untill i get time to put a torque converter in.

A ms3 with a stock converter is just point blank not going to work. Do the converter first until you get time to do a cam.

you didn't say what year corvette...60e car?
6l80e car?
Either way...you are NOT going to enjoy it at all with stock converter and it likely will push through brakes super hard and probably be nearly impossible to idle well

Do a quality high stall converter first.

Best mod for any auto

It will put a smile on your face every time you drive your car.

A quick search will yield that people here have done it. None seem to recommend it. Take that for what you will lol.
