Hello! I'm swapping out my T56 and going back to Auto and need help picking a flexplate/torque converter.
Right now my 99 Trans Am has an LQ9 with about 450hp to the crank.
I've seen both Pioneer FRA471 and FRA471HD on RockAuto, noticed there was also Pioneer 871019 under the "high performance" tab.
I'm thinking a factory 4L60e & torque converter should work, it is just a street cruiser.
Any help is appreciated.

For anyone wondering I got in contact with Pioneer and they told me the HD version is rated to 500hp.
They have both sides welded so it sounds like I'll be grabbing that one.
