3-2 downshift flare 4l60e

3-2 downshift flare 4l60e Hello again guys....
Fresh rebuild I am getting a 3-2 flare in my 4l60e.
- Line pressue holds at 235 psi
- Sonnax 2nd and 4th servo
- 2-4 band .055"
- 3-4 clutch .035"
- 3-2 shift valve & control valve blocked
Separator plate:
- 2nd apply .092"
- 3rd apply .150"
- band release .105"
- 3-2 feed is untouched from the Trans go 96 plate
- 4th accumulator blocked
All up shift timing is prefect
Any help to speed up band apply on the 3-2 downshift would be much appreciated.

3-2 downshift flair would be a short jump to first followed by a hard hit to second. If you do not have a flair on the upshift , I would guess either excessive band clearance or actual momentary kickdown to first. You will need to monitor what's actually being commanded to see which way to go , Also look at your kickdown tables make sure the 2-1 is not set to high,
