2007 4l60e 13 to 10 Vane...
I don't know if the year matters but it's an '07 low mileage core...
I already have a new billet 10-vane rotor and a new slide ordered as a 10-vane...
The slide on this '07 looks really nice, hasn't worn its color/coating off yet.
Do I use the 10-vane rotor with the existing pump slide?
Or do I use the new 10-vane slide? I went with the 17.999 mm I think. I ordered it before I took this pump apart.
Does which slide matter?
I also have the 700-PKH no yoyo rings kit...
Thanks.

With a Pump-Assembly that originally used a 13-Vane configuration...
It is ideal to use the 13-Vane Pump-Slide if in good condition (over a 10-Vane Pump-Slide).
Make certain that the new Pump-Rotor thickness is correct (measure the original to compare), and...
establish that all clearances are within Spec.
Use the stiffer Pump Slide-Spring to keep the Pump-Slide in the high-volume position.
Use the TransGo Pump-Rings.
You should be good to go!
