M30 4l60 Problems

M30 4l60 Problems 93 Chevy 4x4 m30 Got R, 1st an 2nd that long shift until throttle is released. Pull my fuse kicks to 3rd with Manuel 1st plus R. Changed speedo, both shift sylynoids. Anyone know or experienced the same? Trans was said to be rebuilt but no proof. Tranny is strong !!! It was a 1 family owned truck since purchase it was 5ak8ng care of until grandkid got it. Also I was told of a black box in glove box housing what is it an could it be related?
