Sonnax version of Kilgore Superlite Drum
Has anyone purchased, seen, or even hopefully had a chance to use the NEW Sonnax version of the Kilgore Superlight Drum?
For anyone who is not familiar with what I am referring to; it is a New THM400 Input-Drum/ Forward Drum Direct Drum Combination (based on a Product that John Kilgore created some time ago).
Thanks in advance for any new information provided!

I am hoping that someone here has had a chance to Purchase one or Run one.
I probably should have Post and Image of the Drum...
So thank you for that too!

this sonnax stuff is like a cadillac comparatively.
I'm sure you've seen their fwd drum and the quality it is...this is the same but even more trick.
I'm not wild about their 1" input shaft design but their 1.125 shaft is nearly perfect in 300m
If they revise the 1" input shaft I think it could be a real contender up to and past the 2500hp mark probably if the right material is used

What did you see in testing?
If it is the Design that I have seen... I do not like the design of where the Turbine-Splines end.
That transition could have been much better... I don't want to see much up an under-cut on anything that will have some power put through it.
This transition on the 1.25" Part is substantially better!
Below for anyone that has not seen the 1.25" Part:
"Other highlights of the 4L75E-R include a strong six-pinion input carrier and sun gear, a heavy-duty output shaft, a higher capacity servo and specific valve body calibration. "
