Default 1999 pontiac trans am

I have been having a problem with a delayed shift it is a automatic transmission. The trans was done about 20,000 miles ago and I have changed tps also shift selonoids filter but it happend before our fuel pump went out so we replaced the pump and filter cleaned the injectors also changed the spark plugs and wires filled to diff fluid it is a 4:10 gear I'm stuck and don't know what it could be

Did the delayed shifting start around the time of the 4:10 gear change?

Put a decent scanner on the car and look for "hidden" codes. Also monitor MAF frequency to confirm that it increases when you blip the throttle. A dead MAF can give you lazy shifts.
