Default Prothane or Energy Suspension Poly mount?

Any differences? Pep Boys sells both. i need one bad. My car feels like the trans pops and moves under load quite abit. I also had some severe wheel hop and i put in the edelbrock t/a with poly mount and that cleared alot up, so i am hoping the rest is being caused by my fubared trans mount moving around and causing the axles and wheels to hop around.

I know on the ES mount you take off the plate and grind down the two humps, but do you do anything like that on the Prothane mount? The Prothane is about $27 and the ES was only $17. Thanks.
