Wanted to put this out there to get some feedback. I have good used 4l80e and th400 parts. some 4l60 and th350 parts also. should i spend the time to list them on the marketplace or is it not worth the effort? Any downside? Thanks.

 

Old TH350/TH400 stuff is worth gold nowadays...
Downside If using ls1tech.com = slim to none.
Facebook marketplace = dumb asses that won't read and want you to sell for pennies. I won't do it...
The 4L80E & 4L60E may not be worth your time. Donate those to a local shop and make his whole week brighter.

 

Would help to know where you're located

p.s. since we're on the subject I'd buy 50 th400 cores tomorrow if someone had a stash haha

Built a 400 a few years ago that was going in a 71 455 hd firebird. the barn the trans was being stored in caught fire. saw pics of the aftermath. the trans MELTED!

what is the going rate for 400's? there is a fella local to me getting ready to shutter his core supply business and he wants to sell me his whole stash of 400 cores and hard parts.

 

not sure what the parts would be worth.. MaroonMonsterLs1 and Tranzman had provided some good feedback on the 400th parts availability. they probably have a better idea of what the parts might be worth or might want to even strike up a deal.

 

Make A list of what you have and I'll try to post some fair prices for them. Vorteciroc may be interested in a package deal.

 

alright after talking to him more he's in a dreamland as far a prices go.

i was only interested in the th400 stuff but he's got and incredible amount of weird jeep manual stuff and random crazy stuff i know nothin about

seems like the best use of my time is to let someone else deal with it
