Default 4l60e leak

Transmission leak looks like it coming from this plug that yellow next to the wiring, dose anyone know what that’s supposed to be

If you mean the fitting at the far right of the pic, it looks like a line to the trans cooler in the radiator.

I think he is talking about the vent tube

The piece peeking out from behind the plastic wiring shield? Could be.

Vent tube must be what it is , yea it’s peaking behind the wiring, is that supposed to be hanging there or dose it go somewhere

Yes, that is the normal position for the transmission vent on a f-body. I would advise that you check the fluid level.
