6L80E - low line pressure

6L80E - low line pressure Hello, guys.
I got called out to check a 2013 Sierra 1500 with a transmission issue. It won't move in forward or reverse unless you give it some throttle input. Then, gear application is delayed by a few seconds, and it kicks into gear very hard.
Once you get it moving, it seems to shift normally; I didn't test drive it for very long.
Fluid level is good, slightly overfilled. Fluid smells burnt, and is dark.
I did a pressure check on it today, and the pressures were as follows: (PSI)
Idle 2,500 rpm
P/N 30 85
R <30 80
D 15 70
I think it's worth noting that when revving the engine, the pressure will spike up to about 90-100 psi, then settle at the lower numbers.
What do you guys think? Can a new converter and pump housing fix this, or is it time for a rebuild? If it is rebuild time, are there any special parts I should use?

Okay guys, I have it on good authority that this guy can PROBABLY get away with:
-New Converter
-New pump housing
-TCC valve
-Filter
-Drain pan/ flush cooler and lines.
Anybody want to add anything else?
