Default turbo 350 pressure

Hello, I have a pro brake in a turbo 350. Does anybody know if line pressure stays high all the time?
Thanks,

Mark

From my experience all trans brake valve bodies are full pressure type. If it has a modulator plug instead of a modulator, it;s a high pressure system.

Most th350 VB repurpose the modulator valve to be used as the brake scheduling valve
So fixed line is a necessary byproduct of repurposing that valve.

TH350's have LOTS of hydraulic capacity. They don't need loads of pressure.

Thanks for the reply's. One more question if I may. What will burn up driving this on the street? No highway just around town, and maybe to a Friday night show or two.

Thanks,

Mark

My nephew is running a TH350 with a brake behind his AMC spirit with a 406CI SBC turbo so big I can stick my fist in it. A blow through carb. Although it's not a daily he hasn't smoked it in over 3 years. Same transmission was in his 84 Monte Carlo 355 SBC headers, cam. 3500 stall and it was driven regularly on the street. When that vehicle developed a fuel leak and burned up. He salvaged the trans for the Spirit. Gave it a refresh and go.
They are tough little units if driven with some common sense. Roll back and slam drive is probably the biggest NO NO. Donuts are hard on any transmission...
