Default What washer for 4l60E input housing

Hello everyone,

what washer (the one that sits under the bearing) thickness should I choose for my input housing? The one that was there is .075 in, and the ones that are in the kit are .104 in and .118 in.
Is it specified by the depth of a TC into a pump? If yes, the wear mark on my pump was approximately in the middle.
oh yeah and it’s a 1997 Astro van, so not really LS but I hope you guys can help me anyway. Thanks!

That washer is used to set transmission endplay. You need to measure endplay with a dial indicator and select the washer that will give you your desired endplay. Sonnax has a .015 shim to help fine tune the endplay. I have an assortment of shims, but I can't remember with I got them from.
