valve body castings Could a 99 valve body casting be used on a 1994 case inside of a 1994 vehicle. If the valves and solenoids and wiring harness were switched over. This 1994 casting seems to have in fixable abuse plug leakage at the fwd abuse valve. The over run and fwd valves seem fine after a sonnax replacement valve but the abuse plug bore is leaking. A reading of 10 on the vacuum gauge. I’ve tried the original, a sonnax and a Transgo plug. All read low.

It can yes as long as the converter regulator valve is modified , The best solution would be to use the valve from the 94 with the sonnax spring that limits to 100 psi lockup . Though some just stick it or use the fitzall fix. Other than that should work just fine, Use the 99 plate .PS the spring also comes in many kits now i have noted.

ok well that is great news. Thank you. I’ll have to make sure that I have the 99 compatible separator plate and gaskets. I’m sure I do. Then trans fer the tcc valve over. Should I leave out the pwm solenoid for the tcc or leave all that to plug potential leaks? Thank you again.
