Question New Converter....Help with Stall

I am going to be getting my new Th400 built here soon and i was curious as to what stall speed i should go with now that i am changing. I have been running a vig3200 in my 4L60 up until this last 3-4 failure.

My mods include:
G5X2 cam, Pacesetter LT's, Mac OR Y, Cutout, FTRA, P&P TB, Bellow, Lid. THose are the major items. Looking to have a stage 2 port and polish head setup done over winter. Possible spray also in due time. What stall shoudl i go with to get the most out of my setup....but also retain SOME street manners. I will be getting my 400 built with a manual reverse valvebody.

Thanks!
