Wear on one side of clutch sets ?
In my years of building I have seen this multiple times on everything from TH350s to 4l80e and more where one whole side of the clutch set is worn away and the other intact and for the life of me I Have never been able to explain it , It's one of those things when I find it in a core makes me go HMM
I wondered if is a high idle or a slow apply at first, then speeds up quickly. When it was a waved steel making contact with the clutch (TH400), that explained it.
I haven't thought about it for awhile. Waiting to hear some thoughts on this.

I torE down a 4l60e core like that the other week and it was the 3-4 set and im like HMM
