I installed a 4l80e in place of a 4l60e and the drive shaft appears to be too long to install. I had it installed when I adjusted the engine/transmission thinking it was good enough but had to maneuver it to come out of the rear end. So I'm going to have it shortened since the engine and transmission is where they're going to stay. About how long should the yoke be in the transfer case? And how much should be left out of the transfer case?
