I know this is a old thread to bring up but I’ve had my built trans in my ta for almost a year now and I daily the car with ac on and track the car and I never see above 180 my car ussaly sits around 150-165 165 on a 95 degree day, if I sit in traffic with the ac on sometimes I see 170+ but never been above 180. 3600 stall convertor 3.73 gears and a external trans cooler in line after factory cooler with no thermostat. In the winter time when it’s almost freezing the car may get to 120 is that not healthy lol?
