Default 4l60e 2-3 gear hunting?

Hi everyone i am new to posting on this forum. I had a few questions regarding my 2000 4l60e. Car info: 2000 Silverado 5.3 160k miles.

I recently did a Transgo sk4l60e shift kit.(with all 3 new pinless acumulators) new sonnax boost valve, replaced 1-2 spring for sonnax #74926, used transgo yellow for 3-4 acumulator, And added both sonnax super hold 2nd and 4th apply servos with the long servo pin. Travel ~.090
seperstor holes we’re all drilled per transgo instructions to .093 expect tcc and afl.

The transmission shifted nice and firm for a couple of days. this tuesday I drove with in D4 and was fine but Wednesday it started shifting soft from 2-3 and dropping down into 2nd gear with anything other then light throttle.(confirmed with scan tool). When accelerating it almost feels like it want to shift to 3rd almost as if loading / gear hunting for 3rd. 2-3 shift is somewhat firm under light throttle but anything more and it feels soft. 3-4 shifts okay kinda soft but requires me to let off to shift into 4th. When in 4th gear (D4) the transmission will drop into 3rd when accelerating with anything other then light throttle.

1. could a leak be causing a surge/ gear hunting if the leak is in the 2-3 circuit?
2. Would blocking the 3-2 valves in this case be a good idea to prevent a leak?
3. Could a leaking 3rd acumulator check ball capsule be leaking pressure causing 3rd gear to drop under acceleration due to more pressure getting pushing through?
4. How important is the 1-2 accumulator? Could I possibly block it then use the Band release orífice to control the shift? (Would use 1-2 eliminator block off plate)
5. Could this be something electrical? Possible the 3-2 shift solenoid?

Any help appreciate it as this is my first time messing with my transmission since I’ve been out of tech school and don’t have too much experience with these transmission.

Honestly with 160k miles it is likely just worn out with many leaks in the 3-4 circuit and under throttle may even be hyper extending the 3rd apply piston and dumping the oil out at higher line.
A shift kit can extend the life of a trans that is in decent shape and has life left to start with. But they can also kill one on the way out even faster.
Based on description your 3-4 clutch is failing. Time for a rebuild or unit.

Seconded.

Also, that pin-travel sounds really long.
