removing shift ****??????????? Ok...I'm A dumbass....someone tel me how the hell i'm supposed o get my shift **** of my A4??????

There is a c-clip in front of the **** facing the stereo. Pull it into first gear and use a flat head or needle nose to pull it out. That's the only thing holding the **** in place.
