Torque Converter lockup and unlocking and 2-3 shift miss I recently had my trans rebuilt with red eagle clutches(8) and kevlar bands, etc., I also threw in a TCI 3200 converter, and 4.10 gears in the rear prior to that. Recently I had the car tuned on the dyno, it was shortly(1 week) after that I was having problems with the tranny. It would feel like its unlocking and locking back up the converter changing rpms by 200 or so at cruising speeds when the gas is slightly touched. After that happening I noticed it was starting to miss the 2-3 shift. sit was suppose to shift at 6400 rpms with the limiter at 6850. At approximately it would stop accelerating at 6300 rpms and raise the rpms to the limiter and bounce off that a few times and then shift. The fluid was way to high so I sucked some out of there bringing it to the full mark, tested it out and it still does the same thing. Any ideas what my problem might be, anybody had this before?
