This 4L60E has been flawless and taken major usage.With it in perfect working order I pulled it to install a 2400 yank 12".I installed a beast, 29ellement,servo,3-2 releasevalve,Zpack,Borg band new rev.drum and a late model superiour kit.The trans works great,only thing that could be better is the 2-1 downshift,a little rubbery just like stock was.I gather its due to low line pressure at low speeds, It would be nice if it back shifted firm into 1st.Anyone address this? Thanks to the pros that take the time to post.

 

Unfortunatly, I'm not familiar with the Superior kit at all. I only use TransGo. 4-3 and 2-1 shifts are harder to "firm up" then 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4 shifts. This is because shift feel is caused by how fast a component applies. With these two shifts, nothing is applying, only releasing. I'm curious what all is involved in the Superior kit.
