Need comments on Converters!

How much would a 4000-4400stall help over a 3200. Times are below in signature. Car makes 421hp. Looking to change stall and get some rims and slicks but i just want to make sure its worth it.

If you can hook, your 60' could be another .1 lower. You could cut a total of .15 - .25 off depending upon the efficency of your current converter and what you buy.
