Do i need a transgo with a tune. Just a quick question for u guys/gals out there.
I am getting a TC soon and also plan on getting tuning done(deleting Torque tables etc. ) do i stil need to get a shift kit? what else does the shift kit include? thanks in advance guys.

Let the Shift kit change shift firmness, not the computer.
Before my converter I had shift firmness set through a predator. After the TC I also installed a transgo shift kit. The shift kit improved the shifts. It also felt tighter than the computer firmness. So I would go for the shift kit.
I have a vig3200 with no shift kit or pressure increase, pt throttle shifts are not neck breaking but you can still feel them. I have seen to many failures due to shift kits for one reason or another. All I have done is removed torque management and lowered the shift adaptation times to .200
