Default torque converter?

Ok my car is a 99 Z/28
2.73 gears
What stall should I go with?
I was thinking a 3500
Should I keep my 2.73?

3200 rpm stall with a low 2.X STR pulled high 1.6 60's with 2.73 rear end.

How far do you want to take the car. I have a yank 3600 extreme. I wish i would have gone with a 4k sometimes (possibly higher)

I plan on a bolt on car only, maybe just maybe a cam & heads but that won't be for at least another 2-3 years. but thats all I plan on doing.

slap a 3500 in that baby and hang on. I had the 2.73 rearend in when i added the tci 3500. it was like night and day. you'll find your alot happier with the "highway" gear after the converter

What brand is best?
Price is a big concern.
Can I install it myself?
