The STR is 2.5. My car ran a best of 11.87 with a 1.66 60 ft. Call Yank with the serial # they will be able to tell you if it's for an F.Body or a C5.

This is the first converter I bought. It rocks!! You will probably need to run the car in 3'rd around town and put it into OD above 45MPH or else you will set a code and lock the trans in 2'nd. No biggie if it happens. Just pull over and turn the car off for a few seconds and it will reset. Although you will still have an engine light the car will drive fine. You need autotap or edit or HP tuners to reset the light. My car ran 13.2 with slicks before ST3500 and 12.5 @ 109 after I installed it. Also put in a big trans cooler. I have 20000 miles on mine since I installed it and everything is working fine. Even the stock rearend.
