4l80e flex shield and tranny shield

4l80e flex shield and tranny shield i am going to be pushing it prety hard soon and was thinking some safety equipment might be a good idea. first, what is required by the track for 10's, is a tranny shield or flex plate shield required. what about a special flex plate?
if i need all of those things any idea where i can get the stuff to fit a 4l80e?
