Power loss?

I currently have a m6 and I'm considering switching to th400. What would, if any, my power losses be ?
with a m6:
510wrhp @5900
520ftlbs @3800

You will probably see something with say a 18-1900 stall torque converter youll see approx, 490 rwhp/tw...the highe the stall the more loss unless its Locked?...youll loose dyno power but pick it up on the track
