Default what converter for a turbo car?

Im familiar with converter selection for N/A cars. but now im building a turbo car and not quite sure how different it is, if any.
heres what im building. 72 nova. 346 LS1 single turbo. stock shortblock for now. 6L heads ported. cam has yet to be picked. 4L60E tranny, car weighs about 3200lbs. 3.55 gears 4-link chassis car on 12" tire driven on the street. i want to make it streetable daily driver. traction is not an issue.
now would a lower stall around 2800-3000 be better for a turbo car or or doesnt the turbo really matter and select one as if any other application?
what converters are you turbo people using?
thanks.

The turbo converters for LS1s I've seen have been in the 3000 - 3400 stall range. That has been enough to get them to several pounds of boost at launch. You might want a bit more stall depending upon your boost curve or if you plan to rev high.
