I'm looking for a good daily driver Torque Converter. Between 2800-3200. What is the best brand and should I get a lock-up or non lock-up? How is the Stealth Thruster 2800? Best brands etc.? Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Tony

My recommendation for an unopened 5.7l with primarily street duties is around 3000 stall. TCI SF3000, Yank Y3000 or Vigilante 2800 all come to mind.

With a torquer cam that remains so, but with a cam duration higher than 212-218 I would recommend a 3500 stall.
