How Much of a difference can i expect if i install a Transgo?
I have a Trans-go Shift kit sitting in the back of my car and havnt had time to get it installed... I was wondering, how much of a difference will i see over what i have now, if any ( Vig 3200 stall)? Will i see faster shifting, possibly a little better track numbers? Aslo, this is a stretch, but does anyone know someone in the Richmond, Va area that will install the shift kit?
Thanks alot, Bryan

Not much if you install it as the directions call for. I took probuilts advice and pulled my trans back apart to enlarge the second, third and fourth feed holes larger than transgo tells you to.
Go easy on the second gear stuff because it's easy to get a good shift with a vette servo(stock on my car) and the 1-2 accumulator washers. Go big on the third feed hole, it's tough to get a good shift without disassembling the trans and doing the 3-4 clutches.
On mine I plugged the fourth accumulator feed also.
Then get someone to reprogram your 2-3 shift duration and get rid of torque management.
