Question Yank Torque Thruster II 3300 ?

Can I get more information about this new TC please? What are the design goals and limitations? I see that it says up to 350 hp only. Why? TIA

Hello we are here to answer your question about the TTII 3300.
This converter is built to be a lower priced option for guys with lower H.P.
The reason we put a low H.P. rating on this converter is when you use a stock front cover from a converter and modify it like this one and others on the market the cover under lots of power and line pressure will flex and cause the clutch to not make 100% contact which can cause tcc slipage issues like you read about here on this forum when people are on the freeway. The Clutch and cover are fine for a lower H.P. application and we have had some request for this converter from people at a lower cost than our SS and Pt series which have a stronger lightweight billet cover.

Thank you for your answer. A couple more questions... How should this converter drive? Are you guys going to post dyno curves of these new converters on your website?
