Assuming you flash stall off the line, and traction is not limited, what is the ideal stall speed for a drag vehicle? Most pick the stall speed that they can handle, but this is because of street useage. I am wondering, for an all-out drag vehicle, what stall speed is needed. What is considered? It must have to do with power range, but could anyone pin point it out?

Do you pick the s.s. by peak torque?
