im havin tranny problems in my ta it has a tci stall not sure which one but when im drivin it slips when it shifts to 3rd and doesn't hold the gear ,but if i punch it, it will slip til about 4,000 rpm then catch and hold ne one know what the problem might be ?

took converter out and drained oil , shook it and something on the inside rattles is that suppose to happen?
