I believe the TT series has a 3.0 str which should hit real hard, the SS3600 has I believe a 2.25 str and the 3600-4000 has a 2.55 str, the slightly lower str does help when pounding on the gas with stock tires, and that **** does pull hard up top

The 2800 isn't a bad converter... but everyone I've known with one, upgraded or had it restalled ($$$).

Your going to wish you listened to him, there is a reason he has over 10,000 posts, and a ton of them are about torque converters and which one is the best for me type of answers
I've been very happy with my Vig 2800. It's taken me into the 11's and is not even noticable to me and others who have driven my car when driving normal. But I have 3.73 gears which helps take the looseness out of a converter. Will I go bigger.... probably
