Default Extreme issues! What is it?

Ove the past 2 days my car has developed some major issues. WHen I am cruising at about 1500 rmp, and ease into th e throttle, the car will just shake viloently and not accelerate. All of a sudden, it will feel like it instantly loosens up, and run like a bat out of hell. It has now gotten to the point where it will do this from a stop as well.

Also, while cruising, the car will sort of jump every couple seconds like something is binding up, then releasing the tension and smoothing out.

I am thinking this is a TCC issue with my convertor dying. What can I scan with HP Tuners to look for problems? I have no TCC codes being thrown. I did have one intermitten TPS code show up the other day, but it dissappeared before I had time to clear it

the tps will play a huge part. I'd make sure its reading correctly before pulling the converter.
