more problems
more problems Well I got my new tranny in today toped it off with fluid took it for a drive and every thing was fine. Later on I was going to a friends house driving down the highway at 75 it comes out of overdrive and wont go back in(it's in 3rd). 
So I take the shifter and put it in 3rd and it was fine put it in over drive wont go back in at all so I slow down to 55 put it in second it will just rev wont grab at all 
so I get off the highway park up front check fluid it was fine did'nt smell. call some one to come up there put it in reverse nothing had to push it back. 1st is fine give it throttle is stays same with 3rd. Does any one have any ideas what the problem is?

Did u do something basic like check the linkage? Mine did that once this summer i was at about 130 and went to click it into nuetral and tapped the gas to make sure it went and the car lunged forward. Then i couldnt find the right gear and wouldnt find park
Yeah everything is hooked up. I have another one on the way it will be here in the morning free of charge. I called a tranny shop and they said it is screwed. I check the fluid again and it is burnt.
