what upgrades can i do to my 4l60e while i have it out of the car, i have hp tuners also, should i go with a trans go and how easy / hard are these mods i will be pushing in the low 400 hp range

 

are you planning on spraying the car?? If not I would upgrade to a higher stall converter or at least send yours off to to get freshed up. In my personal opinion a shift kit is not needed, especially if you have a way to tune the cars shift points and such. As far as what parts to put in it, you can do a search...there are many threads on this with lots of good information on what to use, what brand, etc.
