doing M6 to A4 swap ?

doing M6 to A4 swap ? I have a 6 spd car that I bought with no tranny and going to install a 4l60e and already bought a engine wiring harness with a4 wiring but need to know what if any wiring I might need for inside for the shifter already bought and installed the brake pedal assy but need to knnow what wiring I need thier .once again bought car as a rolling chassis and have bought most parts any help would be great most post talk about going from a4 to t56.
For the love of God and country, put a decent tranny in there if this a project car that will see some real HP.
Beyond what's on the wiring harness and the sensors that connect to it (e.g. brake interlock), I'm not sure their is much else other than the little light that allows you to see what gear you are in at night.
