FWIW, I ran my Vig3200 with bolt ons from 32K miles to 40K miles. At 40K miles, I added my 224 cam and LT's. Trans finally started slipping at 55K miles, so 15K miles on the cam and a total of 23K miles on the converter with many track passes and lots of street WOT blasts. I now have a stage 3 speed inc trans that I'm still breaking in.
