Am I doing any damage? If this is a repost I apologize.
I sometimes like to start out in 2nd gear and avoid 1st all together. Am I doing any damage to the trans? Just curious as to why GM started allowing the trans to start in 2nd in the '00+ Fbodies.

Cool, I figured that...on both accounts.
I'll tell you what...we've had a good amount of ice and snow here in PA this year and that 2nd gear option really DOES help. I like it
