see i thought higer str was for harder launches(i know higher str is for launches im joking around). but my point is if you have to roll into the throttle to keep it from burning the tires than you have too much str and are wasting the point of a high str by applying less throttle. Wouldnt it make more sence to get a converter with lower str and be able to leave the line @ near full throttle and not spin rather than feather it out for a sec or two and than mash the gas(wouldnt time be slightly wasted in doing that)

Full bolt-ons, 3.73's, built tranny W/shift kit/cooler, and a XE 230/236 cam...with nittos eventually..
Its daily driven, but not far, Im looking for the best possible track times, but also descent streetability for racing/daily driving..
2.35STR would be nice at 3400-3600 stall. With that cam you can afford to go a little bigger for a 3500/2.35STR converter. That converter would supplement the less TQ down low for that added oomph.

Yes, we are. See https://ls1tech.com/forums/sponsor-sales-specials/299225-fuddle-racing-converter-group-purchase.html for details.
