tranny problem
tranny problem I just boght a A4 tranny from SSnakekiller here on the boards. He had it listed in the for sale section. I got it all installed and toped off with fluid. It has a trans cooler that was included in the purchase. Once installed we tried to take it down the road to make sure it shifted properly. It will go into 1-2 fine but once it trys to go into drive it seems like it hangs and the rpms go up and it never shifts. On the rare occasion it does go into drive it does the same thing going into Over drive. I have replaced the shift noids and it still does it. what chould this be? Are the clutch packs bad on a tranny I just bought?
