Default Difference in strength between TH350 and TH350C Lockup converter

What is the difference between the 2 TH350 transmissions, not just talking about a lockup converter.

Are internals the same or different? Which is stronger?
Can a lockup converter be installed in a regular TH350?

The TH350C does not use the same lockup parts as a regular lockup trans.... It is breakable, especially power adder wise...

Have any of you guys actually had a th350 and a th350c apart? Doesn't seem like it.

The internals are exactly the same between a th350 and th350c.
The only differences are the input shaft and pump cover and they are only different in length to accommodate the lock up converter.

I've converted th350c's to non lock up by using an input, pump and converter out of a th350.
Every part of the gear train in a th350c is identical to the parts in a th350 except the the input shaft. All the apply pistons are identical, the clutches are identical (except for the intermediate steels, th350c has one less tab on the steel), the bearings, bushings, washers are identical.

Can a lockup converter be installed in a regular TH350?
No.
