Trans Help! 4L60E!

Trans Help! 4L60E! I have been having some problems recently with my trans. It won't WOT shift from 1-2, when I jump on it and the trans downshifts to second, it just free revs , 3rd and 4th are still just fine. Also, the car won't shift out of first with out me letting out of the throttle. What did I break now?

if you'd like to stick with a 4l60e (so no modifications to install it, no mods to the comp, etc)
and want a QUALITY tranny thats the one to get..
after many hours of reading up on the subject, there's only 2 choices if you want a quality built 4l60e. either flp level 4, or a rossler http://www.rosslertrans.com/ transmission.
but flp level 4 is a little bit cheaper and is (from what i gather) very nice.
