A4 Slow shifting into reverse

A4 Slow shifting into reverse I had posted this at ls1.com a while ago.
2000 TA Hawk, A4, 11K miles, no major mods, just an whisper lid & SLP Y pipe + SFC's & STB. 3 runs at the track, no major abuse. I honestly can't remember how long it's been like this.
When the car is warm, and I shift from D to reverse it can take up to 4 seconds. The fluid level is fine, and it downshifts quickly from 2 to 1.
It shifts quick into reverse when it's cold.
I plan on having the trany fluid & filter changed in the spring, as it's almost time to store her for the winter.
Any suggestions for me? I just want to have as much info as I can before I go to the dealer with this.

Re: A4 Slow shifting into reverse The Trans-go shift kit cures this problem. In the insructions there is a modification that can be done to a certain valve. I don't remember which one, but it is covered very thoroughly. You simply remove this valve and grind it on a bench grinder. Once completed, the car shifts in and out of reverse much quicker.
