Default stall question

i have been browsing around lately and see that many of you auto guys with stalls are cutting major tenths off your et's. my question is...what would be an ideal stall for a sstock 4l60e on a 97 LT1??

I really liked my 3600 stall, for the whole 2 hours that everything worked fine..

then, in between my shift solenoid getting stuck in the open position (tranny doesnt have 1st and 2nd gear then.. you start off at 3rd gear. yikes), and my catalytic converter taking a crap on me, and on top of that FRIGGIN RAIN - i don't know.

i'll let you know this saturday, when everything will finally be taken care of

but yeah

i really liked the 3600 stall.

Anything from 3200 to 3600 should work fine. I would expect about a half second off your ET.
