2002 Z28, bouncing off rev limiter. I have a 02 Z28 A4, went from 2:73 to 3:42's. Since my car was new I had a problem at the track, every so often the car would bounce off the rev limiter on the WOT 2-3 shifts. I bought a predator tuner and installed the tune it comes with and the rev limiter bouncing problems went away. This winter I put in a small Yank 2600 stall converter, took it to the track and now about 90% of the time the 2-3 shifts hit the rev limiter killing my times. Anyone have any suggestions.
1)MPH to set for the 2-3 shift
2)RPMs to shift at
3)what to set the rev limiter a
4)would setting my shift times 25% quicker help.

SOUNDS TO ME LIKE YOU HAVE TRANNY ISSUES
mite want to have your 2/4 band checked and your 3/4 clutch packs checked
basicly a tranny over haul
i had this problem until i switched to a vaccume modulated 4l60e
