Simple TCI Converter Question

Simple TCI Converter Question I've got a TCI 4000 sitting in the living room floor, going in this weekend. I had a question regarding the little TCI stick-on "emblem" thats on their converters. Am I supposed to remove this, or is it some type of external weight used to balance the converter? I was about to pull it but then figured it might be a weight, so I figured I'd ask first.

Converter install, cam will be going in over the course of next week as the parts come in from GM Parts Direct. They didn't make it in time for us to do the cam tonight and tomorrow.

TCI is in, cam swap will finish when the parts get here. Drive time at the end of next week. I wore the TCI sticker on my head for a while, then we put it on the hand wash/drunk head bucket and so it remains.
