Does anyone Have a part number

Does anyone have a part number for a Flex plate for the LS1 SFI approved is what I need and it's going in a 98 Z28 since I am doing a T56 to TH350 swap

the TCI one with dual bolt patterns that fits all GM transmissions is TCI399753. i recommend it if you are gonna be putting out serious HP/TQ.
